The construction of the fort was started by Man Singh I. While exploring the fort, you will see the paintings of hunting scenes on the walls. With intricate carving, mirror work and mosaic, Amber Fort is a white marble and red sandstone monument.
Taragarh Fort, Bundi
Taragarh Fort is located just 39 km away from Kota. This huge fort was constructed in 1354. A visit to Taragarh Fort promises to offer an insight into the architecture and elegance of bygone era. Chittorgarh Fort
One of the most famous and oldest forts of Rajasthan, Chittorgarh Fort narrates the stories of chivalry and romance. Standing majestically on top of a 180m high hill, Chittorgarh Fort houses several monuments such as Rana Kumbha Palace, Vijay Stambha, Padmini’s Palace, Kirti Stambha and many more. Jaigarh Fort, Jaipur
This fort is about 13 km off the pink city of Rajasthan. Jaigarh Fort or the Victory Fort offers a spectacular view of the city. The major attraction of the fort is Jaivana, the largest cannon in the world. Walk in the fort through the main gate named the Dungar Darwaza. Built between 15th and 18th century, the fort also houses the armory and the museum.
Nahargarh Fort, Jaipur
